It’s been said that “If you just set people in motion, they’ll heal themselves,” and I couldn’t agree more. To set my clients in motion I use a heart-centered, values-driven approach that empowers them to move from “I can’t” to “I can!”

The Process

 
 

My training was unique in that I chose to study and become an ontological life coach. Ontology is referred to as the science of being and belongs to the major branch of philosophy known as Metaphysics, which studies the nature of being.   Since who we are BEING drives our behavior and directly informs what we do and how we do it, my focus during coaching is always on who you are BEING. 

This approach is conducive to creating sustainable change and is significantly more empowering in creating the life you want and deserve than merely scratching the surface in order to change old behaviors and habits. It’s like creating a new map to replace the old one.

While working on your intended results, it is natural for challenges, objections and self-limiting thought patterns to surface. From a place of innate curiosity, I will challenge your perspectives, beliefs, and choices by asking powerful, open-ended questions and, together, we will identify any inner dialogue that is getting in the way of your commitment to yourself and your goals.  I will also firmly hold your vision throughout our work together, especially during those times when you find it difficult to see or hold it for yourself.   

During each call, we will co-create practices to support and strengthen the insights you discover in order to put you in action and maintain a healthy forward momentum toward the realization of your goals.  

Equally important, we will bring awareness to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Your well-being is the foundation on which you build and live your life, so the importance of nurturing and taking care of yourself cannot be overstated. You will create and adopt a personalized well-being plan, which we will assess during each coaching call to ensure your goals are also being supported by an investment in your wellness.
